<VV> TEMP/PRESS Light Coming On

My 65 PG car did the same thing going to work the other day. Full of oil and 
no way was it hot, light even went out at idle.  Check the connection to the 
oil pressure gage, mine was just a little loose, crimped it some and problem 
went away.
