Folks

There will be a final update on the web page soon, but since it is a slow day at work, I would like to say thanks to many of you. 

1st, and most importantly to our Noble Chairman. He donated the body, and made a significant contribution to getting the car delivered to me.
     Now those of you who have been on the list at least as long as I, know that Matt has specialized in cracking my kahones EVERY chance he has ever gotten, but what he did for me, and what he is currently doing for a very sick friend (why he missed the convention) shows all of us what kind of friend he really is. In addition, Matt agreed to become chairman so I could devote more time to getting things done on the car---without him I would be much less closer to driving a Corvair daily than I am. 

2. EVERYONE who donated to the "move Hank's car fund". There were many, and although I never got a complete list of the names, I have gotten to meet many of you...I still am humbled every time I think of what you guys (and gals too) did for me. Would like to single out Rich Shepard (spyder62)for his significant contribution. 

3.Folks who provided me with things when I needed them, some at no cost, or just helped me out with things they had that they decided to offer to the project.

I know there are more, and I intend to write up a more complete list to send to Harry for publication in the Communique with a picture of the car. Needs some paint touch up before that though. 

Thanks to all--she sure is ugly, but runs fine!!!! Looking forward to driving her though the NC countryside to work--on a daily basis.
