Actually Cecil and his wife didn't scope out the options very well.
All he had to do was ride the elevators or escalators to floor "B",
exit the food court area onto the wide flat sidewalks, head east
along Rupp Arena and eureka there is the Cox Lot. Sure beat
Heartbreak Hill. It pays to read the Convention Program with
the big map enclosed.
