<VV> Turbo resuscitation

Clark Hartzel, dead on his feet, dropped my "new" '65 turd-bow off at the house this morning.  It starts and runs fine, but I don't think it has seen any use since it was last registered in 1979.  It has been run by the seller, and I started it as well -- as a matter of fact it was driven on and off the trailer.  However, I want to make sure that the motor receives proper care in my hands.  Obviously an oil change is the first order of business.  Plugs and wires should also be done.  However, I have never owned a turbo before.  What else should I be doing to get this thing on the road?
