<VV> eum knocks

good morning all

The EUM, after about 300 miles of driving, developed a dreaded knock in the engine...this is a fully rebuilt engine.  Unable to identify which cylinder by removing wires one at a time. Knock sounds DEEP. Started and stopped over a period of 25 miles driving. Once it sat overnight in the carport and started again, knock started immediately and didn't stop.
