<VV> mirror adjustment

I disagree re: side view mirrors.  In order to get perspective and a 
relationship between what you see and your own car, seeing a tiny part of 
the car in the mirrors is good.  In addition, I tow a lot and the side view 
mirrors are also used to check tire and trailer status.  Of course my 
towing mirrors have two sections to make this easier.
