P.S. I'd like an Early, though, for the reasons expounded elsewhere (better
build quality and interesting styling). I just think Lates were a good
development on that base, although I certainly wouldn't claim build quality
is any better. And I am a purist about suspension and love driving fast on
very twisty roads, which is why I like the technically superior late
suspension. I have only driven an Early once, and it was an enjoyable
experience. However, I have driven the 8-door a LOT, and I do (did) find the
handling quite scary at times...
