All true, but, as Dave Binney has shown, the blow through does seem to work 
better anyway.

       Or just use water injection for cooling and you can KEEP your draw 
through carb setup just as it is on the stock 150/180 Corvair.
       But I do agree that water injection is more difficult to setup 
correctly and you have to keep replacing the H2O as you use it instead of using 
ubiquitous ambient air in an intercooler.
