1   the setting for your 1966 140 pg  is probably more like 14 -16 deg. BTDC  
    24  is for turbos..


2    the VA hitting the belt.....move the plug wires 1 hole CCW....then 
you'll have more !


3   the timing showing 30????   Something is BAD!!!    check the H-B  pulley 
for slippage! [  alignment marks between inner and outer rings]

4   after moving the wires......keep advancing [ no timing light]  until it 
runs GOOD...
