<VV> quick steering arm dimensions

  There's a tech tip in the guide by Lew Rischel that explains how to mod
the stock ones.  He has them on his car (which he might have sold by now)
and he loves them...seems like it was something less than 2 inches.

My copy of "How to keep your Corvair alive" shows stock and 2 "fast' lengths
on page 58.
