This needs some expansion. 

Toe on the rear wheels can be set only for a total. There is no adjustment 
individually for each rear wheel.

There is NO rear wheel camber adjustment for 1960-63. The only way to affect 
camber is by changing the rear springs. In addition, the factory gave us no 
adjustment for the 1964 camber adjustment either, although some change can be 
accomplished at the ends of the cross spring.
