Yes... Most folks recommend from 10 psi differential down to 4-6 psi, low
pressure in Front.  Minimum pressure is on order of 18 psi, Front. I have
tried it very carefully and driven carefully with say 30 psi in front and 30
psi in back, an enlightening difference.  Well worth the experience.  Hint,
hint.  Front will skate and feel very light.  Worth doing in safe location
just to see how bad it is.  

Don't do it and put yourself at risk.  Serious handling problems will occur.

Have a 66 Corsa in restoration.  Just bought new tires yesterday...naturally
they were radials.  Manual calls for about 15 PSI front...and 29 rear.
Would that be significantly any different with radials v/s the original bias
ply tires?
