Yup. I've always torqued my lug nuts to 55 pounds. The '67 supplement 
says 60 pounds. Some have refused to believe this was enough  but 
that's what the manuals say. I always use a good torque wrench and a 
star pattern. I use this on steel wheels or my IROC wheels. Some have 
told me I need more with alloy wheels, but the stud and nut are still 
the same.
