sounds like alternator whine. maybe a ground problem.  check for good ground 
between alt and body and battery.  tighten all cables from engine to body . 
check antenna base for good ground to body, lead tight in back of radio, if 
stock alternator/regulator check the capacitor on the regulator. you may have to 
add a filter network unit in series with the battery lead from the alternator 
such as sold at cb shops or radio shack.  a good one will be for 100 amps or 
more and include a choke and capacitor so it will have 3 leads, input from alt,  
output to battery , and a ground lead.   check all grounds at everything 
first though.  i run 120 amp internal regulated alternator with ham gear and other 
accys with no noises.there are many facets of radio interference to check and 
fix. sometimes you have to play detective.         regards tim colson
