Please do not mix Apples with Artichokes !
The Basics Manual is a fine piece of work, and " On Demand Printing" is
fine for works of that kind with 
that kind of binding. 
        IT CANNOT WORK with the type of SEWN Binding with a Hard Cover
binding of the quality of paper and binding of the "CORVAIR DECADE" . 
        If you want to cheapen the quality of paper and Hard Cover
Binding of the Corvair Decade, it may work, BUT I would never allow that.
