<VV> new corsa mag

Hey all,
Just opened my new issue of the corsa mag....What a shock to see an E-mail I 
sent in to VV as the first story on hurricane damage....I wish to up-date this 
story....I drove to my house yesterday for the first time since the first 
week of August. I still have 8-10 inches of water in my driveway...I know Vairs 
float, so I wasn't too worried. Just a 75 foot dash to my house. I am worried 
about my brakes though...My 3 parts cars were under 1 foot or more of 
water...all the seats were under water and the 62 has water in the oil. It is so nice 
to go to my house in a car instead of a boat.(I will miss passing the 2 
alligators though every day on my trip home) The parts cars are probably ruined...I 
will keep them until they dry out and see if I can salvage anything. The 64 and 
66 are fine...just a lot of 90 mph shingle damage to the paint and 
windshields...I am just grateful that I have a house still.....I still have 2-3 feet of 
water surrounding my home.. I guess if you live in a swamp, you must either 
accept the swamp's terms or get the heck out...I choose to accept the swamp's 
terms....I love living here and won't leave. I thank Corsa for printing my 
E-mail,,,,,I am just sorry that more vairs were lost to us and the world. Thank you 
for all the support and help that VV offers us all.
