Smitty's right---ESPECIALLY IF YOU USE SAND, Got a 60 once that sat in a barn with about 2" of sand on the floor in Ahoskie, NC. Whole underside was rot--rest looked pretty good.  

If you really feel like you need some weight, follow Mark Corbin's advice, put your spare, jack and tool box in there, along with a small bag of ice melter if you think you might need it. Probably won't
