One of the most striking cars I've seen with a red interior was bright Corvette yellow.  It never really 
grew on me, but was indeed striking. (The car was around DC in the mid-90's... guess the owner was 
a 'skins fan)

But I've often thought that a bright silver car with a red interior would be nice. Very German-looking. 
My first Allante was this color combo and I've always wanted to do it on a Corvair....
