This is wonderful paint! I have been using it on wheels for 25 years, and I 
have yet to find anything better, in terms of stock appearance and chip/rust 
resistance!

Another (but slightly non-stock) way to make a dash look nice is to paint 
the wrinkle finish with a semi-gloss colour coat - this gives a textrured 
look as if the dash is covered with vinyl, as on a Lotus 7!
