One way that I have heard of is to rent an industrial vacuum cleaner. Then 
seal up all windows and doors of the car. Using the vac, pump in air into the 
car's interior. While doing this coat the outside of the car with a soapy 
solution. If this works OK, the vac will force air out from the leak and blow 
bubbles there.
