<VV> Shredded Cam Lobe

	Got the top cover off tonight.  Rod bearings look new.  No chunks or metal 
bits.  I think the lobe has worn down over the last 8000 miles (since the 
rebuild) and the oil is clean.  Anyway it will get a real thorough cleaning 
before going back together.  Can  see what is left of the lobe from above, 
quite rounded off, almost spherical (whats left of it).   Tommorrow or 
Sunday the thing comes apart and gets split.   Not sure if I did get it 
"Run in" correctly after the rebuild.  I was still under the impression I 
needed to run non-detergent service SA oil in there (GAG).  Also think that 
because the car sat for two years after the rebuild, before really running 
it, I never got it properly run in.  Lesson learned ... ran in the Corsas 
new engine with good oil, runs great.
