Foam ring behind the panel about 1/2 inch thick by 2 inches in diameter.
Available from the 'Vair vendors.

Uhnnnn.... What foam ring?

You know, my memory goes back to model A, '36 Ford V8s, and Corvairs (most
recently), after a 20 yr hiatus between the late '60s and the late '80s when
I got back into cars.

I don't know 'bout no foam. But I DO remember springs behind the interior
handles on all those cars. Some behind the door panel and some just behind
the "escution". Did I spell that right?

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.

Later, JR

The spring and the foam have the same purpose. Use either, but not both.

  Hi,
I'm not certain but I don't think they go behind the door panel as that is
  where the foam ring fits.
