I foresee some problems to acquire the 23 cent stamp, and not sure if
Deutsche Bundespost would deliver ... but then, US immigration will
take my picture and fingerprint anyway in May for our business trip to
Nashville, so I will try the 23 cent vote stunt in TN, should work out ...
