the only correct way to fix that problem is to remove the speedo and get someone who works on them to repair it. i have one rebuilt here somewhere...if my friend did not sell it on ebay yet. i am cleaning out a lot of stuff as i can get to it. including spyder speedos and mostly early stuff. regards,tim colson
