<VV> steering wander at highway speeds

I ran rear toe out for a few years before my car went into my garage for
a loooong upgrade/repair process, and did not find that it caused
wander. It did provide better turn-in. I used rain race tires on the
street, though, so there was little tire wall give to react to wind.

What did cause wander was the idler arm [?] in the steering linkage on
the r.h. side. The internal rubber would degrade. I used to change
mine every year to maintain steering precision.
