<VV> Painting Bolt Heads

Believe it or not, there was an article (tech tip?) on this subject that I
recall in the Communique - and I undoubtedly still have it, but in WHICH of
the 50 or so issues I have? If you happen to be able to tell me, please do.
     Meantime, obviously, I'm beautifying bolt heads on Fireball (surprise!
with RED). If you have any tips or pitfalls to convey, now is the time I'd
find them most valuable, so please post them so their benefit won't be
limited just to me.
