Hey Mike,
You are correct.
Remember the root joke? Lawyer goes off the road,
breaks through the fence. The farmer tells him his
law''s no good out there. In those parts people settle
their differences in a nut-kicking contest. The loser
pays for the damages. The farmer says "I go first,"
kicks the lawyer hard enough to knock him half blind,
cripple him for months and put half his family in the
hospital, then tells the lawyer "OK, you win."
