Hey Dave, thanks for checking this out.

Regarding 153 A/C Corsas being built, remember that is the max number. 153
is the number of engine blocks that Tonawanda made; they may have built
fewer cars. Dave N. said that keeping some back for testing and/or other
reasons was common.

For those of you interested in the 1966 Corsa coupe on eBay

I have taken a look at the car yesterday. It is a Factory Air Corsa with
correct bodytag "E" code. The AC stuff is intact from the firewall forward.
The AC stuff from the engine was removed but the owner says he has it except
the AC compressor. Has a Holley 390 4 barrel setup. Does not have the
original carbs. Has correct 1966 Luggage rack, and deluxe chrome buckles
seatbelts. The car has a new paint job "Tahitian turquoise" and original
color was Sandlewood Tan. Upholstery is black and in fair condition with
split seams on the driver seat top and rear seat top. Suspension is original
with no work ever done on it according to the owner. Needs shocks. Body
appears totally rust free, including the front windshield panel. Body is
straight and paint is very nice. This is a nice Driver that can be upgrade
to a show car. It is a rare car since only 153 AC Corsas were ever built at
the factory.
