<VV> Speedometer and Oddometer differences

My Corsa odometer started doing this after it was repaired by a speedometer  
shop that does warranty work on GM cars. (1986) They rebuilt it with parts  
from Clarks, which I supplied. I didn't notice it at first, but I have a similar 
 difference between the main odo and the trip odo. Before that, the two  
tracked together.
