<VV> Wrinkle Painting...

Just stripped the dash for my Corsa.  am going to
paint it.

I notice it is very shiny, and know from experience
that paint doesn't usually like to stick to shiny
metal.  I know some of you have done this before...did
you score it up with anything first to get the paint
to stick...or am I nutz and it's gonna work just fine?
