Assuming you're running the turbo...  Looking in the tech guide, the  only 
heads I see with a similar chamber volume are 80hp heads.  You would  have to 
upgrade the valves for them to be able to survive the turbo's heat. You  would 
also have to install an oil return and use adapters for the  thermister.  The 
95hp heads would require the same mods plus shims for the  barrels (diameter).  
The chambers on the 95 heads are 57.2cc, quite a bit  larger than the 150's 
53.7 cc.   non-smog 110 heads are quite a bit  smaller at 50.6cc.
 
Are you planning to run carburetors?  Why not use 102 heads? (the  
alternative being 80 hp heads).  Both are "dime-a-dozen" and direct fits. 

I am  looking for a set of used (but in good shape) low compression heads 
that  will mate to my 145 cube spyder motor.

Are the 95 heads  compatible?
