Rick, locate the cutout on the body;make a tracing from thin cardboard from another car if possible,1/2"smaller radius or so,and mark it on the surface with magicmarker..use tinsnips, cut up to the line,or carefully use a 3'' or 4'' grinder/cutoff wheel,so you've got the "hole" ,but a little undersized;;cut a piece of plywood to the "U" shape-or find a muffler clamp, anything with the right inside radius-,clamp it to the inside of the body panel with c-clamps or visegrips, padding the outside painted surface;;make little snips, about 1/2"apart,around the opening, and hammer the edge in with a ballpien hammer..you could get a "u" from a smaller muffler clamp with the right OD radius, hold one threaded end with visegrips and hammer on the insde of it (or one of those coated hooks from hdwr store, that look like "?"),,and form the edge in,so the rough cut is facing in/forward...do it a little at a time, and you may not need to touch up the paint at all...Tom Z
