Been there done that...  was kinda surprised to be able to get out of 
the car and stand beside it on the road and see that I was the 
highest object anywhere in sight, from horizon to horizon.


Now, maybe somewhere else in Kansas there was a spot that was higher, 
but I never saw it.    Then again, I just drove across the place, 
didn't much hang out or go exploring.    It *was* kinda flat...   not 
many places to hide out in the plains area unless you dig a hole or 
something.     Great place for a tornado, I bet.
