That's something I cannot understand......why do retired people live in areas 
like this...

On the west coast...northern.......property is still cheap.....way under 
$100k  in many places....

The WEATHER is great!  stay within 20 miles of the coast and it never hits 
90.....no AC  needed...very little heat.....Snows  every 5 yrs! 

Drive your Vairs every day!    And not spend  time working on the house / 
yard.....everything just grows....60"  rain yearly.....just cut / prune and walk 
away....
