Could be the pump.
Could be a crack in one of the rubber fuel couplings.
Could be out of gas.

  Hello all,

   

  After sitting for a few weeks my 63 wont start.  The battery is strong and the starter turns and turns.  This engine usually starts very quickly.  When I checked the fuel filter there was no sign of gas at the filter inlet.  There was a little gas inside it.  No gas in the hose from the filter to the carb.  Could it be the fuel pump?  As far as I know it is original with 100k on the clock.
