<VV> RS Loss of Power - drivin' me nuts!

It doesn't fit very well, if that's what you mean.  I can do the typical FC,
fill it up, pull a hard right and get gas out the filler neck.  I'm not sure
at why this could the source of my problem.  Can you explain a little
further?
