Bruce...

I could see some minimal charge (say $5.00 per yr) to someone who wishes to 
remain on VV after a trial period (say 90 days).  But, I cannot see 
requiring CORSA membership.

Now, that said, how in the heck would you ever police (and who would want 
to ) a thing like that?

For myself, I'm inclined to agree with Bryan.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
