If I remember right, it has a 110 in it now.  All you need is a couple of 
carbs and the linkage to make the car go, right?

Then - that is the quickest and cheapest thing to do in order to be on the 
road and enjoying the car.  So, it is not the fastest Vair around, but a 110 
is a good reliable engine and will be JF for a temporary.

You can then start looking for the turbo parts you will need to make it the 
way you want it.  Depending on available funds and time, that could take a 
while.  You will not have spent too much to get the 110 operative, so that 
is not really going to slow down the turbo dream by much (if any) at all.

If some 140 heads (decent ones) fell into your lap along the way, it is not 
that hard to turn a 110 into a 140.  But, if you want to enjoy the car NOW 
and eventually have a turbo, just skip the 140 step and drive the 110 for 
now.
