<VV> Trans conversion

Is the transmission mount on a '65 3 speed the same as
a '65 4 speed?????  We're getting ready to do a clutch
job on a club newbie's 3 speed and considering
converting----I'm thinking unbolt the three, bolt on
the four, change the input shaft-----sounds tooooooo
simple-- I'm used to converting autos to fours.
