I've found that if you hold the cuff of you coat open with your middle
finger (no comments, please), and hold it over the heater opening below the
back seat, that your coat will fill up with toasty warm air and you can
survive long drives at high speed in the low 40s.  How else would I get to
work?  If I put the top up, my reputation would be ruined.
