Round here Yokohamas are hard to beat. Great price, great grip, excellent in 
the wet (way better than Pirellis), and reasonable life-expectancy (although 
I don't think my driving does them any favours in that department).

I'm a Yoko-man myself, through and through. I wish they made tyres for 
classic Lancia trucks...
