<VV> 3/4" OD Spark plug thread insert

Time-sert makes a beautiful bushing, but requires a special tool to
expand it in place.  Their web site is

I bought a kit a few years ago, and it is the best that I have ever used.

The next step might be to weld up the hole, redrill and tap.
