<VV> Now I am confused!

Good evening all:

I am not sure what engine I have. My first thought that it wasn't a
110 HP engine was based on the fact it was equipped with a pulley and
not a harmonic balancer. However, as I tear it down, I find the following ID
codes:

Both Heads:   3856759, from a 1965-67 110 engine
Engine code: YN, early 145 CI, 102 HP,  1964 164 CI 110 HP

The cooling fan is magnesium, (at least a magnet isn't attracted to it)

If the crank is stamped 8409, this should be a 1964 164 CI,
110 HP engine?

Anybody have any thoughts?
