BILL!!!!  if you were on VV-talk...you'd know that ALL  news media is BIASED!

The Commuique comes out  BEFORE the 1st of the month....and is normally 
delivered before the 15th!!!

So it's BIASED towards earlies......doesn't make it the TRUTH!!! GGGG
