<VV> Chevy Comfort? - No Corvair, just info

I was driving in Texas tonight and came up behind a little car, with Mexico  
plates.  As I got closer, I could see it was a Chevy, not a Chevrolet (as  
listed on the back in an emblem).  As I passed the car, a small two door,  with a 
hatchback of sorts, I think, the only markings I could see on the sides  or 
front said "Comfort".  I have never heard of this vehicle.   Anyone with any 
information?
