I was watching the local PBS affiliate and they were running a documentary on the Miss America Pageant. I think it was part of the American Experience series. Anyway, at the very end there was some footage of the evening parade in Atlantic City that kicks off the event. It appeared to be fairly contemporary. There was a soft yellow late convertible carrying a Miss Some-State-Or-Another on its boot. Bill Stanley
