Bill...where in Calif.  do you live?  Tijuana??  LOL!!!!

Pickups / Trucks...all have COMMERCIAL plates in  Calif.  Haul 
anything...including "for hire".....why they're so high in the first place!

  To get NON  C  plates you must  have the bed covered [ shell,  stereo 
equip., etc.].........and fill out the appropriate forms at the DMV....then don't 
get caught carrying groceries in the back!
