Method is the same for a computer car (happens a lot to them) - install an 
ammeter on the battery line (I use a DVM plugged to 10 amps). To drain the 
battery in two days there is going to be a drain of about 200-500 ma. (am 
assuming is ok if sits for one day, if not the drain could be bigger).

Now pull fuses until it goes away. If still there, start disconnecting 
things (1'd start with the alternator) that are hardwired to the battery or 
have circuit breakers (headlights).

After that, it is a matter of checking out the wiring itself for a hot lead 
with crumbled insulation. Lots of things can cause but just have to 
instrument and troubleshoot starting with the easy stuff.
