also check to see that the seat is still tight in the top cover, they sometimes have a habit of loosening up , worse on turbos. make sure it is tightt and i like the meatal gaskets, not the composite..they shrink i think...also maybe gas is boiling in bowl to cause the gas in throat warm? got all the base gaskets in correctly?(and real tight?) regards, tim colson
