<VV> Re: Washer Bellows

I've given up trying to find the bellows alone, especially after reading 
Lon's  message.  I'm going to install a cheap pump under the plastic 
cover.  But does anyone know why GM used the fairly complex wiper 
motor/bellows pump setup in the first place?
